LISS is a great instuition with smart and talented students. LISS has a lot of potential in succeeding with its hard-working staff and faculty members. I, myself, am surprised with the kind of school spirit the students give. the 9th and 10th graders are great with cooperation. I would like to give kudos to my classmates. I could give you something that amazed me this afternoon.
with Mr. Derksen being sick and no more available teachers to be a substitute, I did my duty as the president of our class. I thought it would be difficult but it was rather pleasurable and overwhelming. I asked my classmates to get our books to read, which they did obidiently according to my request. The hour went well and smooth with everyone joining in the discussion. And during our test, everyone remained on their seats and nobody made disrupting noises. this only proves to me how LISS had managed to produce a group of students who could work together despite the lack of a teacher. the LISS management have trained us, TIGERS, to be natural leaders and to be effective group members.
Liss is a interesting and great school. Students in Liss are kind and
thoughtfull.
the thing that I really like about this school is the swimming pool
becouse people on the island of saipan love to swim.
There are many subjects in this school like Math, World Histoy, science,
computer,music,languge Arts, English, Physical education, Art, and
economics. THIS SCHOOL ROCKS
I love school because, the school liss teacher very so cool. and the school classmate each other help when the weakness of learning english.also prinicipal always try make better school they are talking about us, and offer good situation for us. I think, if not being the school liss, I will not learning well. became I was here until now, I was learning a lot of information. so now I can write english, speak english.

I think that LISS is the best school I've been too :) Eversince I moved here, I started focusing more on school. The education here is super AWESOME! I concentrate more on my studies. The teachers make everything really fun, and the students don't cause any drama here. We seem to all get along very well, NOT LIKE OTHER SCHOOLS. I'm really satisfied with this school and I wouldn't change anything about it. Well, kindda :D But I look forward in to putting my future children here ;)
Liss is a very interesting school with a great basketball court, and teachers are teaching us lots of subject like World History, Algebra, Language Arts, Economics, and Science.
Those are very benefit to me, because they give us lots of information that we didn't know yet. Especially valentine walkaton gave us lots of fun. I hope we have valentine walkaton in American Memorial park again in next year too.
This school is a great place. The staff is nice, students are friendly, and the buildings are good looking.
Our school has rules that everyone follows but a little disobeys and when they do they get demerits where they do lunch duty or something.
The activities that we have here at school are fun like field trips and the other classes. They are educational to evryone especially the lower graders.

I think LISS is full of cool people and that’s what makes it so entertaining. There are many cool and fun-tastic teachers here at LISS. They each taught me something important. Mr. Angello taught me to be mature and Mrs. Ong taught me to try and try again if once I have failed. All my teachers taught me something that I will carry along with me later in life. My friends are great and our principal is trying his best to make the students satisfied. Even though our school is barely known, I love it the way it is.
LISS is an awesome school. Everyone in this school are pretty friendly and fun to be with. Teachers are so funny and they always help you in a lot of things. Field Trips here are so interesting that most students wants more of them.
This is the place where I finally have my 1st best friend, Jenny. Every since I went to this school, we been doing a lot of things together. We partners in every class, always ther for each other when problems come, and many more things comes to us. I have an awesome best friend and I will never regret ever meeting her in LISS. It's like nothing can separate us in this school bec=ause we are always together. iLovemybestfriend and i"m just waiting what more will happen to us in this school. Evn though she is a 8th grader, she is my classmate because 7th and 8th are in the same class. So that's why we do everything together in class. We are always going to stay best friends forever.
There's just a lot of thing we do that I never try before and it's just a new experience to me. I just can't wait what more is coming in this school.
Liss is an awsome school, but many people just don't know it. The people are hust so friendly, nice, funny, and the most coolest people to hang out with.
Liss has so many things to offer. They have so many great teachers. There is so many I can name off the bat. Mrs. Rachelle Ong is mainly one of them. She is so cool, funny, strict, (but in a good way) and whenever she gives us lectures about things to do, she makes her class more enjoyable. There are other teachers that are so cool too. They are the type of teachers that you would make everything so fun. They make hillarious jokes that can make you wet your pants.(not really like that) Well.. I'd love to tell you more, but it would just take up all the space in this site. So I'll just tel you one last detail to why I think this school is outragiously awsome for me.
This school is where I met my Best Friend, Rose Lizama. When I first came to Liss, i didn't like it at all. But when I met Rose, everything changed. We do fun things togther almost all the time. But foe the other tomes that we don't, is mainly the times when we are separated during classes. The reason for this is that, since we are the only two that hang out together, it bores us when we don't talk to each other in our classes.
great school... the staff is graet they are friendly and they talk to you after classes. my classmates are nice and friendly... they're fun to play b-ball with.
the school has great activity program that keeps students in shape.

The teachers and the school staff are very friendly. We could talk openly to our teachers like we do to our friends without fully forgetting to respect them. it's as if talking to your mentor and your best friend at the same time.
our lessons are taught well and clear. If we don't understand something, they explain it to us again.
Everyone is taught how to be independent and to work efficiently in groups.
Everyone is also taught how to be respecteive and sociable and friendly.

LISS is good school because, LISS is liberate and great, LISS students are kind and help to korean students so i can follow class work and teachers are good and helpful to students so
I LOVE LISS
I enjoy the extra curricular classes such as art and music. Mrs. Gina and Mrs. Fay are way awesome teachers who put a lot of time and effort for their students. Mrs. Gina is a very talented woman who can play almost every instrument. Mrs. Fay is firm but also kind. I enjoy their classes and hope that they'll be teaching next year.
LISS means ladera international school of saipan. my history teacher is MR Angello, math, science, computer and research teacher is MRS Ong, English teacher is Mr Jari, and economic and language art teacher is Mr Derksen.
school activities are some grade go to Field trip and valentine day, we have Healthy day so walk.
Our class is very funny and my class mate are Mary star, Dhainee, Soyoung, Arthur, Levi, Ciara, Lee and BJ.
Mary star is always talk to Dhainee, they are funny. so young too.
Arthur is blunt,i think he is sometimes smile.
Levi is very kind and funny, he likes basketball.
ciara is very quiet. Lee is funny, he is always hungry. BJ is funny and he is cute
Last year, I couldn't understand English. I didn't know how to make a sentence. To make a sentence is very hard to me until now. I know I am bad English speaker.
But I can see now. I am better than before. I can read English (not so well) and I can understand Enghlish little bit. So now I know what are we going to do in class. If I need help with my homework, then Mary, Dhainee or my classmates help me. So I can finish completely my homework.
Liss is a active school. In liss, all students are very powerful. Then the teachers of this school are very kind. When we ask a question, they teach us. Until we understand the answer.Finally, this school has many activity. So we can't waste times. this school is very good school.
Ladera is a great school for making friends. We’re an international drama free school. Everyone is kind and fun to be with. One problem I'd suggest we'd fix is the lunch. The food should be soaked in less oil and a few fruits or veggies added into the lunch won’t hurt. Also I noticed that when this school runs out of food, instead of cooking more for the students, they simply give you your money back. Clearly this is a problem that needs to be fixed. It’s not healthy for a student to go eight hours without food. Though I’m not one of the lunch eating students, these are just suggestions I get from others. Other then this, Liss makes a perfect international school.

it's a fun and diff. shool. coming form USA it is diff. but i like be-cuz it has all different kinds of poeple and lang. i think that liss will grow to become one of the top Leading schools to come.
but like all shools it has to start from the bottom up so right now it may not be the "BEST" but one day soon im sure it will come by and pass its competetors and be the one parents want they're childern to go. so it may takeing crap from other school but the point is;
"Can't stop a fast moving Train thats Heading for Glory."
that this was a terrible school. The reason I am leaving is mostly to rejoin my best friends in another school (not that I don't have friends here).
I really enjoyed many aspects of LISS. I am glad for the cultural exchange that I have experienced here. I have really learned how to understand Koreans better, also Filipinos, which is really good since they make up a large portion of the island’s population. I like Saipan despite its economic problems.
It’s very interesting how this school is surviving through the islands mess. We had a few bumps at the start, but now it seems to be moving in the right direction. The teachers here a great and I respect them. The school is small, but that makes room for teacher’s attention. Oh ya, this is Arthur Welch.
